Needle & Thread patterns values the security of our customers' Personal Data, and we do everything in our power to protect it.
However, since we cannot guarantee absolute protection, we encourage you to be cautious, create a strong password for your account, and avoid submitting sensitive information that could cause significant harm to you if disclosed.
We may share our Users' Personal Data with third parties, including certain service providers and officials within law enforcement agencies. The personal data may only be shared in accordance with Wix´s private policy.
Our Services may contain links to other websites or services. We are not responsible for the practices of such websites or services regarding privacy.
SHIPPING POLICY
If you purchase our patterns in digital format, you will receive your items instantly after placing your order, via email.
If you purchase our patterns in paper format, we will send you your items through Postnord.
The delivery time usually is:
- 2-4 days within Sweden
- 4-9 days within EU.
-5-10 days outside of EU.
The freight cost will be:
- 5€ within Sweden
- 11€ outside of Sweden.
If we, for any unforeseen reason, cannot ensure these terms, we will contact you before shipment.
Please note that for orders outside of EU, local taxes and/or customs fees may apply.
REFUND POLICY
None of our PDF patterns are refundable since they are in digital form.
All our paper patterns are refundable. The conditions for our return policy for patterns you wish to return are:
- The pattern must be in unused and unopened condition.
- You must ship the pattern within 14 days after you received it.
- You must contact us before returning it on email contact@needleandthreadpatterns.com.
We also advise you to send your return with a trackable courier to ensure it is safely returned to us.
When we have received your returned pattern, you will receive a full refund for the pattern, but not for the shipping costs.
If your paper pattern is damaged during shipment our conditions for our return policy are:
- You must contact us regarding your damaged pattern within 7 days after you have received it.
- You must contact us before returning the damaged pattern at email contact@needleandthreadpatterns.com
- You must provide us some kind of proof that it was damaged during shipment, for example, a photo of the parcel before opening it.
- We must approve your return on arrival at our office.
We also advice you to send your return with a trackable courier to make sure it is safely returned to us.
When we have received and approved your returned pattern you will receive a full refund for the pattern as well as for both shipments.
If your return is approved, you will receive a reimbursement within 30 days to your original method of payment.
